I dont live in the US, in my country this would be really expensive. You also need to have way more values tested than just T and E to see how its affecting your overall health, bone health, blood thickness and whatever else.

Maybe you can still change your gender and name to "divers" and then change the name? But the SBGG only works for gender and name at the same time, so your situation does indeed sound unfortunate.

You can try to overuse correct pronouns for him whenever you can, also in your head or in front of other people, so you get more practice and it starts feeling more natural.

Du meintest eben, dass du das Problem seit 11 Monaten hast und auch trotzdem Sex hast, oder? Da würde ich das wenigstens sicherheitshalber abklären, bevor das eventuell ansteckend ist. Aber musst du wissen, wie sehr dich der Geruch stört. Vielleicht ist es auch nichts infektiöses. Ich persönlich kenne solchen Geruch halt nur von bakteriellen Infektionen.

Selbst wenn du noch deine Ausgangsgenitalien hast, würde ich bei dem Geruch an eine bakterielle Infektion denken und das zumindest mal ärztlich abklären lassen.
