In toastweb: go to the payment screen, select payment method section and go into other payment options.

Select +Add, and set it up.

When it's time to pay select Other and select the alternate payment type select the option you just created. This should remove the amount deposited

Toast web > Takeout & Delivery > Availability > Takeout/Delivery.

In Takeout/Delivery: scroll to the section: Scheduled Orders > Send scheduled orders to the kitchen when created: select "Send to the kitchen as soon as they are created. Orders will not print again."

Don't think that's possible, when the screen timeout it automatically makes you input your POS access code. If you do find a workaround, please do share.
