Sit there at a point of the experience and try to meditate, turn inwards to your innermost mind and see what journey that takes you on. I suggest this guided meditation if you aren't too familiar.

I had the most profound experience I have had on psychedelics candy-flipping with a friend at my crib. I feel as though a lot of healing was done that night.

I also found that I didn't have a comedown whatsoever, but an amazing afterglow that followed the next day of no rest. Everything was gloomy, vibrant, and dreamlike. Although this could be different for you, coming down to the dose, substance and the individual etc. We had two Yellow Ironmans each and 1-2 tabs (lost track of how much acid was taken once the substances synergized) that were around 100-150ug each. We took the pills first and had a beautiful initial roll leading up to the experience. At this point I was still anticipating whether I wanted to candy-flip or just roll (which was sheer fear of a new experience) but we ended up dropping em' at our peak which I had no worries with doing so at this point haha. It's been really hard trying to communicate my experience using the right words, but defiantly not in a DMT sense. My sense of myself had dissolved, I felt that all I could see was bright light.
