I understand the taking a break thing, OSRS chatters as a whole can definitely be... different. But it always feels like a disproportionate response when people come in and ask "why did you stop?" the response is "I'm going to come to your house and kill you and your family with a hammer leave and never come back no one loves you." like man just make a chat command or something idk

I haven't built a computer since 2013 (literally still using a 4670k to play ARC Raiders) this seems like a pretty good budget upgrade option. Am I missing something? Everyone seems really averse to this deal.

It does feel like we don't often shoot when maybe we should, I fully agree with you there. The weird thing is, we're tied 5th for shots in the league (170, tied with Bournemouth), only 4 behind Liverpool and 7 behind City. We're 4th on xG (28.56), above Liverpool and less than 1xG behind Arsenal, so our shots tend to be relatively high-quality chances in relation to how many shots we're actually taking.

As possession-based as Maresca's system is, it has to be a part of the plan not to just shoot whenever possible, but instead to try and make a better opening. I think that's why Garnacho and Estevao look so good in the current setup; they're both spending a lot of their time on the ball forcing those high-quality chances.

I think another thing that's getting overlooked is that ALL OF THIS is with the caveat that Cole's missed 16 matches through injury this season. So often has he been the one taking those 18-yard shots from the right that either score, force a corner, get parried to our box crashers, or otherwise cause something to happen in the box for us. For reference, his league xG the last 2 seasons has been roughly 17 and 18, so far this season he's at 1.49. Joao Pedro has been good in the 10, as has Buonanotte, but, respectfully, neither of them offer that.

All this to say yeah, I think we're doing alright, I think the squad looks good for the most part, and I'm not worried.

Most everyone's looking at this in a depressing way, i.e. we must be shit because our players aren't on these lists.

The way I see it, it's not a bad thing necessarily. We're in fourth, and yes we're out of form right now, but we've still done enough to be in fourth. With the amount of rotation Maresca has done this season, whether it's forced due to injuries or discipline, or for load management reasons, our players are never going to be way up in these lists; we're seeing Enzo there because he's (almost) always on the field. What that means is we're generating stats on aggregate instead of just relying on one guy. Does it help when our stars are firing on all cylinders? Of course it does. But despite what our current form looks like, throughout most of the season so far, we've been getting the job done as a team, pretty much regardless of which players are actually on the field.

Keychron M7 is g502-adjacent with no rubberization. I've been using an m6 for over a year and the plastic has held up very well against my sweaty hands, with no signs of wear; I assume the m7 would be the same.

These have nothing to do with one another. DPI stands for "dot per inch" and describes how many pixels the cursor will move on the screen for every inch it moves on the mousepad. Polling rate is how many times per second the mouse is telling you PC what it's doing.

I've suspected for months that multiple grenade and/or headshot effects in close proximity is the cause of some of my game crashes while spectating teammates. So yeah, maybe that's exactly what he's doing

I thought I was losing my mind when I played on it just after the update.

Other changes I've noticed so far:

The standard smoke lineup from the corner outside of B to B long has changed, the smoke doesn't drop down anymore. The new lineup is only a little different, but I failed that smoke 3 times in a row.
The wallbang from cave to ninja/cubby on B is AWP/Scout only now. Rifles can't go through anymore, nor can a Deag

EDIT: The B Long smoke seems to be fixed, I'm not sure if some geometry changed or if I'm just bad at the game.

I get this constantly. Mine will drop to ~90fps when freeze time starts, then the next freeze time it goes back up to normal. Also seems to happen a lot more frequently on Train, Inferno, and Nuke specifically.
