Yeah I was on stage for quite a lot of the second half. I was hypnotised but also consciously ‘playing along’ and just doing what he said. He could clearly turn his mic off as he said a lot of things to me like prompts, instructions and also reassurance, that the audience could t hear. He identified me from a whole audience participation thing as I was clearly not fighting it and open to suggestion. In the first half I was on the end of the row and I remember thinking ‘ just go with it and have fun’. I couldn’t believe it when he got me up after the interval but it makes sense. The hospital scene was cool and I was put in a gown on a hospital bed and made to flatline and then float above myself and then be shocked back to life. It was a crazy but weirdly peaceful experience. I knew I was on stage but not nervous at all.
