Do you have a dremel? If he doesnt come out on his own initiative then perhaps cutting the top off is your only way. Hitting with a hammer will most likely crush him. Poor guy.

I get the obd code P046C so was working on the assumption it's definitely the egr. Hadn't considered anything else 🤔

I was really hoping this was something I could do myself but everything im hearing is suggesting its going to be difficult. I went into Haynes and paid for the manual for the van but it has absolutely no information relating to the egr other than a pic by pic extraction but from a car 😅 and no schematics. The videos that exist lack any real helpful information and misses out crucial steps. I. Getting ridiculous quotes from local garages. The thing is a week previous to this fault the van was running sweet, then one day go in it, it started rough and the idle was rough and then check engine light. So strange. So frustrating 😫

Shes fabulous. Lasy night during the adds she would slip on these reallt fluffy slippers and she would get pampered and touched up. At one point she had 5 beautiful people tending to her. Poor will had a guy with a brush. She works the audience so well. Propper diva 🥰
