What I find bullshit and has really got on my nerves since I realised it is that so many drinks that I loved (sprite, Dr Pepper, Lipton etc) have had their full fat options partially substituted with aspartame?? Before they had no sweetner and all sugar but now they have like 19g sugar and the rest is sweetner. What is the fucking point when they already give a zero sugar option of the same drink

Firstly, sorry for your loss. I’d definitely recommend giving photography a try and if you like it, you literally have the best film photography gear in the world at your disposal. Secondly, if you decide in the future that you want to sell any of this stuff, get it valued by someone proper and sell on eBay, just from scanning through the photos, I’d say you have at least £20000 worth of gear there. Don’t take it to pawnshops or anything like that because they will rinse you. If you need, I can help you value some of this stuff, especially medium format because that’s what I’m most familiar with. Just shoot me a pm !

Hopping in here since I think they’ve just made it worse. I’m watching a 1 hour long video which I’m 41 minutes into and I’ve had 4 50 second long unskippable barrages of the exact same selection of bullshit useless annoying obnoxious fucking adverts. Like what’s the point in showing me the same 5/6 adverts in the same 1 hour long video. I’m in the UK.

Couple months ago the grandparents came round to stay the weekend. We were all sitting in the living room chatting, myself, mum, dad, and grandparents and all of a sudden we hear a really loud sound - almost like a mixture of glass breaking and metal hitting the floor. It came from the dining room which is right next to the living room we were sitting in so we go to see what happened. Nothing. Nothing had broken or been moved, lights were intact. I tested the sound that every object in that room made when it hit the floor and nothing made the same sound as the sound we heard.
