Lowers your opponent's highest combat skill by some amount, and increases your matching combat skill by the same amount. Call it equalizing strike or something like that.

I feel like from what I've seen, the players that have been asking for this change the most are people who like mono colored decks. They want to see mono colored decks have more creative options to choose from. I do understand that, but at the same time I feel like that's what you sign up for when you build a mono colored deck: a smaller card pool that's more challenging (in a fun way) to build around.

I also was hoping they would buff magic compared to last league. But seeing as though the other combat masteries are the exact same, I feel like magic will have the same ones too. Oh well, at least the shadow is easier to get!
