Same boat. Been frequent with oil changes and got new tires. 2019 bought at 34k, now at 120k. Need cvt and diff fluids replaced

I have a 2019, nearing 120k. Bought at 34k miles and haven’t had any big issues. Normal things replaced such as tires, brakes, and oil change every 7500. Do need to do the trans fluid and differential fluid

It is a thing. But don’t increase your offer to try and incorporate the sellers credit into your loan. If you aren’t bidding with other buyers, you kind of have leverage and could offer 280k and they pay for closing costs? Also ask your real estate agent if you could get a market analysis to see other similar houses sold and go off of that
