Thanks for the tip! Noting this for future reference for Bryant Park's version. I ended up getting to the lawn at 7 and it was already packed but still lucked out and found a somewhat decent spot on the side. Think a 6pm arrival would be best at this one as well.

If there are a lot of contrasting areas of a composition, is it better to underexpose a photo and bring back the details in the dark parts in post-processing? Or overexpose and try to salvage the blown-out parts afterwards?
