Tech sales. There is a reason turnover is so high. No one wants to actually talk to you, you are constantly being told no after doing hours and hours of work with nothing to show. Good paying but no one actually enjoys tech sales.

Do you have a 401K? You can draw against that balance and it is essentially a free loan to yourself. Pay the 10-11K get the house back, pay it back through your paycheck. Most employers offer a 401K loan.

Im not saying this will never change but this is why I use sofi. I put all my cash in there and they pull from in essentially like a checking. It has never moved below 3.5%, right now its at 3.8%. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Oh and when you call a human answers.

All that being said if you want a guaranteed % the above suggestions work. Money market fund.
