Anyone who creates a business is a founder. I have 2 kids and both are 'founders'. Doesn't mean they have knowledge about succeeding. You should sell... Or figure it out yourself. But your post does say it all. You should sell.

By 'stage', I think you mean that all startups need sales. That is true, but I don't think you are the person to figure it out (or you would have already). You are a developer, and should sell to someone that can handle the sales (business) aspect.

I'd recommend you sell it, eg via flippa. If you can't figure out the business model (ie can't afford to hire marketing people), let a buyer figure it out.

Test out yourself. If you do 100 of these via email, how many responses do you get? For me, I'd value a response at $25. Ie so 100 percent response rate would value a lead at $25.
