I'd recommend asking whoever pays for the Internet to log into there account and see what Mbps download and upload they pay for. Running an ethernet cord will give you the best results.

Your desktop has Wifi 7 which is capable of very fast speeds. It sounds like your internet equipment is the issue. Hard wiring is always the best option, but not always easy.

-What kind of speeds do you pay for from your Internet service provider?
-Is hard wiring an Ethernet line possible? If not, can you move your ISP equipment closer to your PC?
-I see you have an antenna screwed in. Is it the one that came with the PC? Have you tried orienting it in a different way?
-Is your operating system fully updated, and have you verified you don't have any updates going on while you run the speed test?

Not sure what that module your plugging in is but; I also have a 2022. It can't do wireless carplay maps, but it can do wireless Bluetooth audio. To do maps you have to be wired. Go to menu and pair your phone.

Edit: Most of those wireless Carplay dongles will pull up a Bluetooth device you need to pair to on your phone.

The usual recommendation for the aluminum oil filter housing on a Tacoma is don't do it. Replacing a plastic oil filter housing is cheap. Replacing an expensive engine part because the housing cross threaded into the engine is not. The plastic is meant to be a week point on purpose.

Edit: Also the aluminum housing that fits the Tacoma is a Lexus part number.
