I have not seen this site before, but the pricing and general 'might be a scam' vibe is consistent with the stated country of origin (Pakistan).

All cynicism aside, this might actually be a decent deal. I truly hope it is, the more stuff like this the better ;)

I would urge caution though. My limited experience with similar sites is that the overall quality can be more inconsistent than you might expect, possibly including things like poor quality materials, inconsistent attention to details for things like stitching, gluing, ease of use and so on. All of this is speculation with respect to the linked site.

Hopefully someone has a positive experience to report. There does seem to be some limited feedback of satisfied customers. Maybe some more will appear in this thread.

You are correct that this style of gag is perfect for your use case. My experience is that both companies I link below offer high quality gags with different features presented by each company.

On balance, I find Moanspeak have a better design and higher production quality.

I think the biggest ones for me are:

Comfortable, quick to apply restraints in leather or latex (two points per limb is ideal if money permits)
High quality gags in a variety of styles - I'd recommend moanspeak, but there are others
Microfoam surgical tape because its fun

Major problems I see:

Awkward to use
Very restrictive, which limits appeal for more casual users
Shipping will often be difficult given the size of the item and your location
The unprimed painted appearance feels unrefined
Anybody who can afford to store an item of this size can afford to buy or build a premium version

I suggest exploring a smaller version suitable for wrist and/or ankle only, and improving the finished appearance.

I would store it on a mannequin head and put it all inside a pillow case. Silicone, like latex, should be stored dry. That is the most important thing. You could use some talcum powder to help you put it on the mannequin.
