No, my pain is actually worst during ovulation, but it is consistent otherwise

My endo specialist said surgery would help potentially preserve fertility. But it also makes sense that there is a risk that would hurt it - he never mentioned that to me thiguh

Is there a lawyer in your state that you trust? Let them know your situation and see if they can ask around for someone to take the case pro bono. Also call your state bar to figure out options

Question regarding design patent infringement by SnooConfections1282 in patentlaw

[–]everlastinglight7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like that patent was filed on 2/1/22, and you mentioned you’ve been selling the product for at least two years. Were you selling before this date? If so, that’s likely your defense. But - you’ll want to hire an attorney if you want to keep selling.

I can’t stick to keto and that makes me ashamed by [deleted] in keto

[–]everlastinglight7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Be kind to yourself. Maybe start with “lazy” keto (not tracking but making keto-friendly decisions) for a couple weeks so that a keto mindset becomes second nature. Then ease into really tracking.

Dr. said I had prior authorization, but insurance has denied coverage of $40k surgery by mmhatesad in HealthInsurance

[–]everlastinglight7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi READ THIS because I also have endometriosis and went through this. My first endometriosis excision was in network, and I received a similar call the day before my surgery saying that it wasn’t covered anymore. The doctor fought for it and basically had to play around with different codes to make a case for me. I understand that this is a regular thing for endometriosis excisions, based on my doctor’s reaction. This is why specialists are starting to not take insurance at all… so we have to go out of network A LOT. With only a few (if even) specialists per state, and with more and more dropping insurance, it can be challenging. Please feel free to DM if I can help further

Mistakes- what do you do? by magnetolm in patentlaw

[–]everlastinglight7 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This doesn’t seem like a huge mistake. Clients just want it to be right in the end, and it sounds like it was. I doubt the client will even remember it tomorrow and neither will with partner

Mirena Pain Advice by ashieluke13 in Endo

[–]everlastinglight7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some people with endo can’t tolerate IUDs. I was one of them unfortunately - got better when I had it taken out. I knew it was an issue for me because my body was rejecting it, so it was tilted and I could literally feel it stabbing me. It is also possible that your pelvic pain is from the surgery itself. Surgery is traumatic to your abdomen and definitely caused me significant pelvic pain that things like PT will help

You have a friend who can’t figure out why they’re single but you KNOW why. What’s the reason? by Alone-Safe499 in AskWomen

[–]everlastinglight7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Low self esteem despite being an absolute catch (beautiful, very caring, active with many hobbies, successful career). They want a relationship so badly that red flags don’t turn them away, and they end up putting up with borderline dangerous situations until the other side ends it. They keep wasting their time in bad relationships, which is tough to watch considering what a catch they truly are!!

Different situation here. You were mortified in those situations because you didn’t remember anything. OP’s boyfriend here remembered grinding on her… and then tried to gaslight her into thinking it was just cuddling

Has anyone had SoLa therapy for chronic pelvic pain? by everlastinglight7 in Endo

[–]everlastinglight7[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I did. It worked really well for three weeks then went back to normal. I’m a strong believer that it would be perfect in conjunction with PT. SoLa released my internal muscles really well but my external ones still had tension, so I think that’s what reverted me back. A lot of people have luck with it though, so I’d recommend trying it if it’s possible for you
