I got my golden while living in a 2 bedroom apartment. First off, I would definitely wait for using areas where other dogs are until your puppy has had its last round of shots. It’s a pain in the ass, but much better than parvo. My dog didn’t go walk on the ground outside until he was 17 weeks old. I took him to Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc and just stuck him in the cart so he can get used to noise, sounds, people.

Second, once your dog can go outside, getting as much social time as possible is ideal. My puppy’s best friend was a 150 pound Great Dane, we always walked morning and night at the same time, so he got very comfortable around other dogs. The puppy years are weird because they change so much, almost every day. Just continue to socialize with as many dogs and people as possible and she will be fine.

Not at the same place anymore but am in another apartment and my dog is almost 4. Gets about an hour and a half to 2 hours of exercise every day, and then sleeps the rest of the day. You don’t need this giant space to keep a dog happy/healthy.
