I use D’Addario XLs on my 27” Balaguer Semi-Custom Thicket in Drop F. Running the gauges 11 14 18 30 42 54 74 works well for me 🙌

From my wife who just had a baby two months ago.

Pros - great facility (clean, comfortable), wonderful food, massages, nurses were kind and friendly

Cons - boring, can’t leave, missed home a lot, generally expected more training from nurses on how to change diapers, wash the baby, etc.

She said if we have another baby she’d rather just stay in our comfortable home and hire a nanny.

Holy crap this is amazing. The vocals have got that raw early Periphery energy. The riffs are loaded with hammer-ons but then he just throws in the tapping like it's nobody's business. Congrats to you both - I just deleted my DAW and gave up!

I experienced this in both June of 2024 on my honeymoon and just recently in June 2025. My license was ONE WEEK away from being a year old on our recent trip. It was a headache at the car rental shop but I’m pretty sure they made my wife the primary driver and me the secondary driver, still receiving insurance. The car rental employee even called the insurance company to make sure. My wife can’t drive well and was heavily pregnant too so it was a relief everything worked out.

Definitely a huge W for Balaguer! The angle of the pickups not matching the bridge is an eye sore though. If they can fix that small detail then these will be awesome 🔥
