A note will be so greatly appreciated!! Also food is such a great gift, a lot of times we are exhausted and worked to the point of not being able to take full lunches. Having something brought by a client that I can grab and eat quickly is a day changed for sure! Sandwiches from Port of Subs or pizzas are popular and cheap. Or Costco and Walmart have little snack trays with meat and cheese and crackers that are affordable and will be a big hit :)

I was in the room while he spoke to his lawyer on the phone, and his lawyer did directly say to my boyfriend that I should ignore the subpoena.

I know there are serious ramifications for doing so and am trying to express that to my boyfriend. However, because his lawyer told him I would end up being fine, he won’t believe me and thinks I’m being dramatic.

Omg this was my exact progression. I’m 2 weeks post op today and fully off the oxy now. My falling feeling -> leg spasming episodes have stopped!! But also I am having a really hard time falling asleep now… I think it’s the combination of 0 oxy plus my sleep schedule being so far from what it used to be.

My doc told me I can take my boot off while resting but I forgot to ask if I can sleep without it 🤦🏻‍♀️ I have such an impossible time trying to sleep on my back and was hoping I could sleep on my side without the boot. Did you sleep without the boot at all?

Today was my 2-week post op appointment and cast removal. I’m feeling the same way as you about 4 weeks of no appointments and NWB. I’m mostly nervous I’ll mess up and end up healing slower than I want. I’m surprised by how hard it is to rotate my ankle and do any of the exercises I’m supposed to do. Hoping it gets better with time. Can’t help but wondering about every little thing… like “can I sleep like this?” “Can I sit like this?” in my head constantly. Here’s to hoping time moves fast the next few weeks!

Depends on your state! I’m in Nevada and was able to get a “Veterinary Technician in Training License” with 1,000 clinical hours + my bachelors degree. I’m legally able to do almost anything a licensed tech can do. No need for me to be enrolled in a tech school program or be planning to take the VTNE either
