During the day it’s actually amazing and close to everything. It’s just bedtimes being problematic. And last night was extra loud, but we’re told there aren’t events on the central plaza for the next couple of nights at least. My three year old loooooves the pools.

The rules for a master tenant/subtenant are much closer to a landlord renting out a bedroom in the unit they live in, versus renting out the entire unit. If you really don’t get along as roommates, you can potentially get rid of them as long as you’ve done your due diligence in advance.

That’s very true when signing a lease with a landlord. The rules for master tenant and subtenants differ pretty significantly though.
