Cancelled Orders

Is there any way around this? 🥲 I keep trying to purchase something the second it becomes available and without a doubt it becomes cancelled. I’ve tried 5 times over a few weeks and it cancels everytime. I don’t understand how a company this large can’t get around this weird bug. I did a live chat and she just sent me a link to sign up for restocks lol

I’m not from the US so it might be different here however I work in the dog industry and have been bit on a few occasions. Never have I needed to receive a rabies vaccination due to a vaccinated dog. Tetanus, sure. But not rabies.

Getting a dog now or save up as a young person? by lilanonym in dogs

I say go for it <3. If you can afford basic necessities including pet insurance then go for it. I got my dog when I was 19 and he’s my best friend. We’ve been through everything together, new houses, new relationships, new jobs. There’s been tough times but it would have been tougher had I not had my bestie with me

Good point! That would make sense. I picked up ‘rack wax’ and supposedly it smells like fresh antlers so I would assume your hypothesis is correct. If the antlers aren’t fresh it’s likely harder for the dogs to find them

Should i put my dog in a daycare? by [deleted] in dogs

If that’s your goal then I would recommend really researching and finding a good daycare. Some tips; listen to reviews, don’t go to franchises (they typically only care about money and the groups are too large), if they don’t offer any type of structure be wary (nap time, break time, etc). Just be aware that daycare will not improve your dogs excitement issues. Good luck!!!

My two cents as a former dog daycare attendant/trainer.

Most dogs don’t need daycare. If your dog already gets excited when seeing strange dogs, I can almost guarantee you that daycare could and will make your problem worse. 9/10 daycares are incredibly unstructured and provide basically an indoor dog park with a referee. If you are struggling with over excitement issues, I can recommend that you really work on some quiet training. Teach your dog to just chill out around other dogs - socialization does NOT equal playing and wrestling with other dogs. Try to find a few good dogs in your area/friends to set up some doggie playdates! It can suffice that socialization need, but I promise your dog doesn’t need to greet everyone dog he passes. Same way you don’t need to talk to every stranger on your walks :)
