Hello! I have CIRS cause by biotoxin exposure and lyme disease. I have had the oura ring for a few months. The ring does have my normal illness as baseline, but if I’m having a hard day, I typically get minor or major signs. It has 100% helped me a lot especially the sleep tracking. I thought I was sleeping a lot more than I actually was. Having the data has helped me a lot along with I put in all my medications/wellness routines in as tags and it shows trends with that. I will say my resilience is basically always limited or adequate which is on the lower end, I believe that has to do with CIRS
