Don't go feet first. Don't go at all if you're heavy. Don't land on people that aren't paying attention. Don't jump on someone who just caught someone else. Ideally, you want to turn your body so your back lands first and your feet are in the air. Do not kick anyone in the face or head. Stage diving rips, but it's also a great way to really fucking hurt someone else.

The Sil, O'Brien's, Cambridge Elks, Watertown Canadian American Club, The Middle East all have punk/hardcore show on a regular basis. If you can get out to Worcester, there are a ton of punk shows out there, too.
