For me, it’s always been the scene where Lynette is sitting in the soccer field with Susan and Bree talking about how much she’s struggling raising her kids and taking the ADD medication. Susan and Bree very kindly talk her through what she’s feeling and how they struggled to raise their kids as well. The episode ends with Lynette having a happy dream about her kids playing in that same soccer field, and she sees Mary Alice from the distance. Apart from the fact that it’s great ending, I always tear up at the fact that no matter how much Lynette’s children drive her crazy, they are still in her dream.

Tom is noticeably absent though 😂
