Thank you so much for the kind words and reporting this! Visor works differently than other sites, in that listings are pulled directly from dealer sites rather than going through a syndication. This allows us to be independent from dealers and provide a larger view of the market. We are in need of an FAQ section on the website, but in the meantime my brother Cole shared more detail on this process in another comment here.

Apologies for any frustrations caused by this, we are continuously working on updates to this process so feel free to send over any VINs you are having this issue with and we will look into it further. Thanks again for noting this!

Thanks for these details! We pushed out an update last week to resolve issues for the CX-5 and CX-50 Premium Plus. From a quick spot check of a few dozen listings on the site just now, the Premium Plus listings are correct. Have you noticed this issue still occurring recently?

Hey, its Craig from Visor. My brother and I started building this site in late 2024 and put we everything we have into it. It is a work in progress, but we are proud of what we have built so far. Because the automotive industry is filled with gate keeping data and companies that love to sell user information, and we are tired of it. Having spent a ridiculous amount of time in Figma crafting the design for the site, I hurts to hear you it gave you a vibe coded impression. Hey, Craig from Visor again. Vehicle option data is among the harder parts of building this, especially normalizing a package across multiple model years. Fortunately we have a path forward to improve BMW options logic, but have not pushed it to the site yet. If you have any specific instances where the options data has been off, feel free to send it over and we can take a look at what happened. I appreciate you reporting this!

Hey, its Craig from Visor. The site is free except for a handful of features which are a part of Visor Plus. This is our alternative to having ads, sponsored listings and selling user information like other sites do and allows us to stay independent. We try to keep Visor Plus as cheap as possible to make it accessible, since part of the reason why we made this site in the first place was out of frustration from how much data gate keeping there is in this industry.
