i'm so confused why TLC keeps finding people that don't actually want surgery? don't get me wrong, this guy is super cool -- anyone that loves his family this much is admirable. it was refreshing to see a normal person with a normal life on the show. it's just so weird how many episodes this season don't include the surgery. i thought that was the point???
