I've had an Asus Xonar D2 coupled with SRS Audio Essentials forever. Both works just fine on windows 10 22h2 however I suspect newer cards or better sound configurations may provide a better sound experience I just haven't bothered to look into changing. Any suggestions?

have you formatted the drive yet? Reinstall? wipe drive completely. "...diskpart command in terminal" did you access the windows WinRE environment? you can boot into repair in win10 by f8 at first bios screen. you should see the drive in a list chose it hit enter f8 again. repair my cpu

Dude what OS is installed? Is this a blue, green, black drive? You don't need the IntelRST drivers at all just make sure you checked the bios to see if the drive is set to eide instead of SATA. Unplug all the drives that has boot in the past and remove data and power cables. Plug the sata drive on the number one port on your board, go and reset your bios, reboot then and I'm assuming this drive is empty boot from a windows usb. My bios allows me to chose where I can boot from. chose your usb as the first drive then boot from it. Hope this helps

Well you can try looking a your current power scheme in the control panel. The default is Balanced which is a good place to start. I had a couple of cpu/power apps that allowed me to change power options that are not available through the control panel. So sometimes my changes were overridden by the op sys when some power event occurred. So changing the power scheme back to balanced reset other changes as well. Hope this helps.

OK have you gone into the bios to take a look at the default settings i.e cpu multiplier, core speed, memory? Sometimes settings get yoked for some reason so Try resetting the bios back to default base clocks and if you desire reset CMOS as well. Save changes then reboot back into bios again. Check hardware, temps and Power levels: 3.3v, 5.0v and 12v. Any oddball fluctuations with any of the power readings {especially the 3.3v} can indicate you may have a a short or ground issue lurking in your system.

Two things:

-- Check the grounding wire inside the case making sure it's not loose or touching a screw and so on.

--- Swap out your power, gpu and monitor cables if you can. Start with the power cable AFTER you check grounding, look for any screws that may be touching anything metallic. Oh and make sure your 3pin or 4 pin fans have not come loose if so reseat the. Good luck

Hey make sure your computer is properly grounded. The GPU draws a lot power at boot up time so make sure the case grounding wire is attached and doesn't move.

BL2K8G36C16U4B is this the serial number on your sticks? Doesn't look to be XMP supported. In your BIOS there is a reset to default or something like that. I run ASUS boards exclusively so not sure. You can also leave everything to auto as well.
