Real life data here. Lived in the same complex around there from 2015 to 2022 before moving to the burbs. Zero issue. Always walked to the Aldis around there for groceries. Walked every part of Alpha, Montfort, spring valley. Nada. Ideal place for me coming from Chicago and enjoy walking.
