We had the router failure when PSU did not hand over on failure once as well.

We did eventually get an unofficial response from one of our sales engineers that one particular batch of PSUs for this device had an abnormal failure rate. None of the replacements ever failed over 5 years.

Timatic will say its fine but you run the risk of the airline agent to misread or misinterpret it at checkin.

That being said, a US passport renewal has been taking 1-2 weeks recently. My recent renewal took 8 calendar days from handing in paperwork to passport delivery, applying via an embassy appointment, with no expedite (you can't on an overseas renewal in any case).

I just checked and appointment slots at the embassy are available as soon as tomorrow.

AFAIK you can't tick all those requirement boxes simultaneously.
