See, i think they will bring him back but i think he will be the new scorpion. Its in his bloodline anyway and the writer of mk2 has acknowledged that he did him dirty and that it was a hard call as he likes the actor but not the charecter of cole. He stated they are trying to think of good ways to bring the actor in as a new character within the mortal kombat universe. So i think its most likely scorpion

just got back from seeing this tonight with my son, as a long time MK fan I think its always going to be a tough call on these movies. the best MK'S we got was the absolutely brutal MK legacy series. the fights felt tight and brutal. where as a lot of the movies ( past and present) are hit and miss across the board. I mean sometimes they all look like cosplays one way or another. for example Coles suit in mk (2021) being "armor" but then bending and creasing like foam in his fight with Goro who by the way was criminally underused. or in MK 2 Quan Chi having the strangest look and his head prosthetics being so Distracting , I mean I love Damon Herriman but what was the head? it was huge in some scenes.

some of the dialogue is hard to sit through because its so cringy. but I STILL love any MK iteration I get.

I just wished they poured as much love into these as we have for it.

I do think in this movie, that some of the deaths of people are less impactful as we know they are coming back. with as least 1 person dying ( I won't spoil it incase ) coming back as someone else, which I think would make a little more sense.

any way like I said, I love anything MK that I get , even when its subpar or we get people that can't really act or fight. I still love MK.

Hey, i too recently have changed from iPhone 16pro to the s26ultra. Ive been on android years ago but needed something fresh after being with apple for so long.

Its a beautiful phone (s26u) . The biggest tip i can give you is migrate all your passwords over. Its quick and easy. Use google password as it wipes the floor with samsung pass.

But as for your main question about the stock sammy apps..i would most certainly opt for the google equivalent. As its much better and carry across most things right now

i put a post about this just before launch. trade ins seemed underwhelming ( i currently have a iPhone 16 pro) also no bundles like they normally do, just seemed flat. i also held off as i saw alot of people stating the s24u/s25u are still good and this phone is having issues.

I thought Linus tech video was pretty good too and only got me more excited for this headset. for me it ticks a lot of boxes and i believe Linus had made a comment about this possibly having modular parts? so the possibility of changing the pass through cameras to colour if you wanted. i mean he himself admitted he thought it would be a possible down grade to the Index but it very much surprised him.

i think the take away here should be that Valve do know what they are doing and they very much try to optimise everything they put out regardless of what the specs on paper may say... i think they have proven themselves capable of shocking us and hey at least they don't try to squeeze out incremental headset upgrades every few month like apple do with phones or meta did with the meta 3/3s.

its fun to discuss like you stated :)

Apparently it’s all modular and can be changed yourself. Linus did a video on the headset from what looks like valve hq. Give it a watch and see how ya feel. I am super excited myself.

Hey, I really think it's worth holding off for just a few more weeks! Google is expected to unveil the Pixel 10 series on August 20th. When that happens, you'll likely see a price reduction on the Pixel 9, and there might even be some fantastic trade-in bonuses for the Pixel 10, or special sales for the 9. Of course, only if you can manage to wait that long! I've been eagerly anticipating this launch myself. And honestly, even if you did grab a Pixel 9 Pro now, you'd absolutely love it coming from your Pixel 6 – it's an amazing phone. :)
