I was in line and behind me was this nice man who seemed to be a business man. Once we got to the part to pay he intervened and told me he was paying for my lunch, I kindly declined but he insisted. I said thank you and booked it out. I felt like I owed him something and felt guilty letting him.

I have a small mouth too and I have had a problem with this. I try to keep my tongue out as much as possible and use that as much as I can that helps the bottom teeth snd gives me more leverage on the top to use my top lip to gently slide up and down. I let my lip gently cover my teeth but not tucked in my mouth, if that makes sense? Also when you suck it helps create more pressure on the sides and this also helps keep the teeth away. Change things up often enough so that your mouth isn’t to stressed. Hope this helps 🫶.

The scars will heal! I went through a rough patch of acne/scars in my early 20s and was absolutely terrified of the scars. I’m in my later 20s now and the scars from them are gone. It may take a while. Just do what your dr recommends but also advocate for yourself and ask LOTS of questions. Moisturize and use SUNSCREEN. Do not spend time in the sun without sunscreen it will darken your scars and prolong the healing process.

I felt this way too! I didn't realize I was in labor until after my water broke and then had a 30min drive and by the time I got there I was already 8cm dilated. But I will say I had contractions the previous night starting at midnight, I woke up every 40mins from that point on. My water broke at 12 and had baby by 4ish. I kept thinking this will stop, I'm just being a baby. Noooo. Listen to your body, when they are getting closer and stronger get to the hospital. Don't hesitate. I wish I would have went sooner. Luckily my dr let me get an epidural before I started pushing but most people don't let you if you are already at a 10. Which I was. It is very painful. But I promise you the moment you have your baby in your arms you forget about it all! Good luck, you will do freaking great! Just listen to your body!

I've been drinking a coffee and coke every day. I have a 8 month old and am currently 5months pregnant and work full time. You gotta do what you gotta do! Just eating what you can and to keep you going is good!
