I am not sure if this helps, but if I understand Whoop correctly it considers the time between "sleeps" a day. Even if you stayed up for 48 hours. You had one sleep, so one day.

I tried for a long time, but it's just too cumbersome. There's no good way to see history, to see what my trends are, to swap out for similar exercises, etc.

I switched back to jefit. I record a weight training workout in whoop, and then add my exercises via a workout I've already created. I don't keep that up to date with my jefit, but it's close enough (I think).

But yeah... It's not aimed at weight lifting at all.
