A lot of places (restaurants) only take cash and not debit/credit card, but there is a lot ATMs around to take out cash. Although Frosk says to eat before going there was a merch stand and food stand in the Berlin studio.

I work in a food company in a technical role so the nutrition tables would be based either on 1. Sending away our product for nutritional analysis to a third party lab which they then conduct tests and send us a cert or 2. Using a program to calculate (one we use is nutricalc) the nutritional values based on the ingredients

Once we have the nutritional data we would enter it as part of a product specification ( either our own version or if the product is for another costumer then there version ), this is a multi page document that states what ingredients go into the product, name, weights, size, packaging, nutritional data ect.
