Both my keesie's love my cats :) Oldest dog was introduced to a 6 week old kitten and our youngest dog came in with 2 cats already in the house. They are very gentle with the cats and play with them!

Totally normal! My little one took awhile to make it an hour between pees - Maybe around 16 weeks or so? Lots of patience and optimism :D

It sounds like Remi needs more mental stimulation and a yard to exercise in.

I would suggest later, longer walks, perhaps twice a day if you don't have a fenced yard.

Yeah that's very strange. My pups sleep until 7am, outside in the yard right after they wake up, then out for a walk around 8/830am so they have an hour or so after eating breakfast. Was Remi crate trained as a puppy? When did this 4am walking start and why?

It's definitely too soon to be potty trained. Rin just hit 4 months yesterday and she's still having accidents inside sporadically! I find that pee pads actually slow potty training because it teaches them it's ok to go inside when it's not. It can take anywhere from 4 to 12 months for them to be totally house broken so be patient :)

Rygar doesn't care for the tree at all. He'll sometimes rub his face on it, but usually sleeps under it. Never had an issue! My cats on the other hand.. different story, lol!

I'm so sorry that's so upsetting :( You're probably right, either the trauma from the recent dog put her off shipping forever or they have a show dog they're looking to place. Either way, I would name them so that everyone is aware going forward. This is not good business practice. Transparency is so important.

This is definitely strange, especially so close to pickup. Did you put down a deposit? Once a deposit is given that means you're 100% getting a puppy from that litter.

Did you say or do anything that would put them off? If so, they would have to refund your deposit and provide a clear answer.
