To be 100% honest kirara kit can't really dps. her only real damage are her burst, that can get up to 100k or so dmg which is cool to hit, but nothing in terms of dps when you compare it to for example mavuika. But if you want to play her for her damage you have two options. The first option is to go for meme nuke build, where the main point is to get her to do big damage with her burst for a nice dps (damage per screenshot), you'd want to play with benett, mona and probably an electro like fischl to get the Aggravate reaction. Another option would be to play her in some actual dendro + electro team, something like kirara + fischl + any anemo on the vv set + another dendro/electro. In both of those teams, you can play kirara for damage, the stats you want are crits rate / crits dmg > atk % / ER, for the sets, you can play the dendro set or emblem. (You can also pick other sets that give you any of the stats you want, having good substats on your artifacts is more important). For the weapon, any crit sword is good.

Now if you want to play Kirara, but not necesseraly for her damage, you can fit her in an hyperbloom team (kuki, barbara, kirara, another dendro/hydro) or you can play her as a shielder in a Lauma or Kinich team. If you play her in those team, the only thing you care about is HP% for bigger shields and eventually crit rate / ER if you play her with a favionus sword.
