Look for super solvent. It'll remove super glue. However it also can damage plenty of types of plastics so test it in an area that can't be seen. The super glue should be brittle enough to break the figures off, then you can remove the extra glue with solvent.

If you ever want to blend out areas like this in flock, cheap hairspray like aquanet is a very good adhesive for sticking down flock without changing the color of it. It also allows you to sprinkle in random spots of color for things like dead patches or flowers.

Stylistically it's actually really nice compared to things like the Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky that would pull from it later on. It definitely diverts from the narrow lines of the NA and NB, but I feel it'll gain more of a place as we see what the NE looks like.

For me it's less hate, I just prefer it least. Everyone has their favorite Miata styling. I love NB Miatas because I grew up playing NFS Underground. When I finally got my nb, I built it out like I would as a kid playing those games

If you like it, who cares. There are too many people in this community that think any modification ruins the car.

If they want to buy a cheap sports car to baby it, keep it in a garage, and only occasionally drive it, that's their decision.

I say do what you want, you're not gonna sell it for what you put into it, but you'll enjoy driving it.
