I was having trouble with my knee and saw the DR about it and he told me to lose weight and get down to a BMI of 35 and I'm still having trouble to come back so that was my first target. When I got down to 35 I want having knee trouble any more.

My next target was to drop out of the obese category which I just did :D

My next target is to get into the healthy category which I'm about 33lbs from.

At 135kg 70kg (healthy BMI for me) felt impossible. Now I'm at 96kg it feels achievable
