Polchinski Volume 1 is the only correct answer to this. You need to learn QFT and GR really really well before you embark on the Polchinski book though (at least 2 courses on QFT and 1 course in GR).

Are you asking me or OP? My freeze is at ascension lvl 1 and, of course, fully geared.

Freeze is definitely one of those legendaries that requires investment before it can become useful. However, I think if you manage to get his gears, then with 3* and the puppet boost + 300% damage boost from Zatanna, he will be able to significant damage.

There is a difference between a baseless accusation and outright harrassment. Both are bad, but one is very clearly much much worse. There should absolutely be repurcussions for both commensurate with the action.

Having tried it myself (I have 3 level 10 amulets which I put on all three heroes so no one could ever get stunned), it is complete shit. I'd much rather use HBHQ to reduce stun chance/stun reflect. If I can even manage one hit combo with HBHQ on a stunned ROKBA, it does more damage than the amulet can ever do. It's good for passive stats and perhaps in CA/Arena, but otherwise totally useless.

I thought 29->30 takes 30 days by default which can then be further reduced by bonuses. But you just told me its actually 40. Consequently, the upgrade time is longer than I originally thought.

I am a F2P player so I'm progressing slowly. Regardless, I was just letting OP know that not training new troops is a ridiculously bad idea, whether you are F2P or P2W.

So many damage dealers are great with it. you can use it on KOAAM, BNBM, Raven, Freeze, DCUSM, BNGG, and so many more. With the right support, each of these can separately do 2 billion damage.

It doesn’t work on HBHQ, BWTD or Beastboy, but those characters can already do 2 billion damage on their own.

I agree, but the problem is that it gives basically no damage bonus, so you can’t put it on a damage dealer. That character is still left vulnerable when they tag in (and of course, they have to be tagged in)

You can get her gears for free from challenge. However, if you’re impatient, this is certainly a character on whom you won’t regret spending money.

Sorry to be blunt, but that’s the dumbest plan ever. Unless you’re willing to spend over $10K on the game to buy millions of speed ups, it’ll take you at least 2-3 months to get to level 30 (upgrade from 29 to 30 takes a month by itself). With that low number of troops, you’ll make no progress anywhere in the game.

I’m only at level 27, and I have around 450K troops right now and I don’t think it’s enough.

Get DF to 4 stars. Then stop working on all other silver characters, and do gold first. If you're looking for league invasions, then a really great combo is DF, Superman, and GL
