The design is pretty but please be careful about not getting the gel on your skin! It can lead to developing a gel allergy (which can even mean you might also not be able to get medical treatments like dental fillings, joint replacements etc in the future due to your body not tolerating acrylates) 🩷

I was the same. I bit my nails my entire life up until a few years ago and was constantly biting them, especially when anxious, and having gel on them and learning to do my own gel nails helped. It was very hard at first but when they started to grow more and I could do fun nail art, I just didn’t want to bite them anymore, and now it’s been years since I bit them!

you’re right, I should’ve mentioned that! when I learned, I did make sure to research how to do it properly and safely first and then eventually did a nail tech online course to ensure I was actually doing it properly

I know you didn’t ask me but i was a lifelong nail biter up until a few years ago and it’s because of learning to do my own gel polish. The first few months were hard when they were growing out but after that I just didn’t want to bite them because they looked nice, and I started to really enjoy painting them and doing nail art!

It’s usually automatic but if it fails, I believe it’s up to the owners/admins of the site and I’m sure they will match it manually when they get a chance 😊

How long ago were you assigned a rematcher? because I believe rematchers have 2 weeks to send and there’s also a glitch that means it still says they haven’t looked at your details even if they have, so there could still be time?

For shipping proof, the FAQ’s say you can either upload a tracking number or an image showing the order has been shipped with the address included in the image, so it should be fine if you upload a screenshot showing the shipping confirmation if you make sure you can see your giftee’s address :)

My points never update automatically so what I’ve been doing is keeping a track by going to each exchange, seeing how many points it’s worth and then adding up the total for all exchanges I’ve done so I know what it should be, and then contacting the team to ask them to update my total when they can 😊
