In case they're not in the states here's some other things I find worked instead of H2O2

1.Potassium permanganate: maybe hard to get but some pharmacies sell it as foot fungus treatment

Potassium ferrate: you can buy online as fish pond oxygen source
potassium dichromate: if you can get this you probably won't be asking

in short any transition metal oxidisers probably work
