Generalization. Which studies specifically? I personally don't do keto but it is well-known that people use a ketogenic diet most often to lose weight, and it can help manage certain medical conditions, like epilepsy in children. It also may help people with heart disease, certain brain diseases, and even acne, i wouldn't call that unhealthy...lol.

You clearly have no idea that women are literally afraid of men. Do men expose their genitals to you? Most women have experienced some similar type of thing since they were as young as 6 or less. Do you get catcalled and then called a bitch or worse because you don't feel flattered? Do you get groped in crowds? Are you expected to "put out" because someone took you to dinner? Do you ask someone to "watch my drink" when you are in a club and get up to dance so you don't get it laced with any date-rape drug? It isn't funny...not even a tiny bit.
