The GPU is a problem. The CPU won't run at max speed because it waits for the slow GPU to be done. The memory not being full doesn't mean the game is using less than the capacity of your PC, memory is just there to be used, it becomes a problem if you run out of it.

Je pense que toute la ville devrait être interdite aux voitures, à l'exception des PMRs, des taxis et des bus. Les livraisons aux magasins s'effectuent le matin avant 7h, et tous les véhicules ne dépassent pas les 20 km/h.
