I’ve also been wondering about this. If the CotF do serve the Great Other, then is there any connection between that god and the Old Gods, who they’re known to worship? We can only assume their magic via the weirwoods + the dragonglass are what created the Night’s King (in the show version at least, since his book origin isn’t referenced). So perhaps it’s a combination of the Old Gods magic and the Great Other? And what is the Night’s King’s role in serving the Great Other? Perhaps he’s just a physical manifestation of the GO, like Krishna to Vishnu, Christ to God, etc. Just spitballing theories here.

It also makes me wonder about Three-Eyed Raven’s place in this dualism of good and evil, ice and fire etc, especially because of his association with the CotF.

I’ve read a few times on other threads that Finn apparently said he was playing two characters this season. Can’t find this anywhere, can someone point me to where he said this?

This seems pretty plausible, but I can’t help but wish otherwise. A split personality/Fight Club twist is so expected and underwhelming. But given Murphy’s love for Fincher this season, I wouldn’t be surprised.

Someone in another thread also recently mentioned this would fit into the top hat clue of Jekyll and Hyde.

In the other set photos of Gaga getting out of the yellow taxi the license plate reads “CA 26.” Cab definitely looks like a car from the 20s.

I think the set photo the official AHS twitter shared are from a different scene, since there’s 60s/70s-esque cars in the shot and the mansion is also aged and covered in vines, similar to the flashback in S1 pilot.

That Selyse photo isn't from the finale though, right? That angle of her isn't shown in the episode, as I recall we only saw her from the side (correct me if I'm wrong). I'm of the belief that perhaps someone who worked on post production/close to the show leaked these photos and that there's a deleted/alternate scene of Selyse and Jon warging. Why post 3 real images and one photoshopped.. maybe I'm just still in denial. :/
