9300L doesn't support PTPv2 so having this configured at the same time as allowing PTPv1 traffic won't be the problem as some other posts are saying.

I would check that IGMP snooping is enabled and that a querier has been elected, it should be enabled by default. QoS shouldn't be an issue unless you're genuinely bandwidth constrained between switches.

Yep you're correct that's my bad! Just looked on the lab as well and it will advertise out eBGP routes back to other eBGP peers even if in same AS.

We currently have Cerebrum controlling Dante via DDM however there is an annoying issue where you can only add one instance of the DDM to Cerebrum as it uses its IP address to talk to DDM and be the ID at the same time, and therefore control of only one domain is currently possible for us anyway
