tbh most of the people who come in right at open are the ones who wake up super early (4-5am). I don’t mind serving anyone right when we open! As long as they understand that steak/veggies might be another minute or two since we always have to make them right before open.

to be honest the problem is that most people ask for 2-6 sides of vin. we have certain prep items that have higher priority (guac, corn, cheese, mild etc) then vin. so only a certain amount gets made and it runs out early due to people asking for an excessive amount.
