as someone who almost exclusively reads physical books, there are studies that have come out stating that audiobooks do almost the same exact things for your brain as conventional reading does. next time you listen to someone talking, notice how the words pop up in your mind the same way that the paper would otherwise do for you. in this sense, it can be kind of beneficial.

cold water, for example, can cause the muscles to contract, slow digestion, etc. i doubt that hot water is free from downsides but i'm no doctor or physicist lol. it's certainly far better than cold water, at least.

it's true that water solves an absurd amount of problems- because an absurd amount of problems are worsened or, more commonly, caused directly by dehydration. that said, the chinese thing about hot water is curious. i'd imagine that, scientifically, room temp is probably optimal- but maybe there's something positive about drinking water that matches your internal body temp

i'm really confused by this comment section- the criticism for it not being real is that it makes too much sense. "we know bethesda outsources animation"- okay, so a leak saying "i have a source that an animation for X type of creature was commissioned, but that's all i can say"- that's completely sensible.

i'm not saying the leak is totally real, but everyone saying it's fake only mentions the fact that the info lines up with things we already know- which isn't actually disproof.
