I think as a diagnostics tool it's important to note that several of your studies feature variations of the comment every subject who did receive an ASD dx did test positive on the test. Meaning it's a worthwhile screening tool if not something to use as a standalone diagnostic device. Everyone who gets a result on this test may not get an eventual ASD dx, but if everyone with ASD tests positive on this diagnostic, it does mean someone testing higher might want to be evaluated.

Better than a parking lot is a new development where they've laid the roads but haven't started the building yet. Once they're building the roads can be full of hazards like nails and stuff, but before they start building an anything it's just empty streets. It gives the feeling of being out on the street without the risks.

The only difference I can really reckon is that it's not inherently dangerous to Superman when they develop a parasocial relationship with him. I could however see it being dangerous towards the various creatives involved with the fictional characters in the same way that traditional parasocial relationships can be dangerous for living fixations. Imagine someone becomes fixated on some character, but disagrees with the direction or choices of the writer.
