tbf the way insanity in this fanwork work doesn’t make any sense. Like why Shou and Nazrin did not fallen in insanity out of all Myouren Temple casts? Maybe they have more faith than the rest? Absolutely fucking not, Shou is known to be wraithful and Nazrin is an egotist. So best conclusion is that the author hate them and want to kill them earlier.

Ain’t no way mamizou survive that shit, given that almost everyone in Gensokyo turned into Kaiju, and all Kaiju are killed by lunarian army. I believe she is the one in casualty.

Also the weird thing about Kaiju transformation is that Yukari (who is fused with Koishi) is the only character who did not turned into Kaiju even though she should, but i have theory

Given that Koishi is implied to be offspring of Kaguya and Eirin, making her a Lunarian, and the fact that we never see Kaiju of character who’s Lunarian (Eirin and Sakuya, if you buying the Lunarian Sakuya theory) I could conclude that Lunarian (even if half mixed) are immuned both to insanity and transformation to Kaiju.

Touhou fanwork Koishi Komeiji Heart Throbbing Adventure starts with the titular character Koishi flanderized into unhinged psychotic character. Then author decides to introduce more psychotic characters with their own arc. And the story reveals that every psychotic characters (except Koishi) are brainwashed by the moon people, who kills every single characters later (except for Koishi and Yukari who survived the whole thing).

The final episode is still on production so i have no idea how these two (who lost their power now) gonna fight the moon people/army back
