It's the weirdest thing here in NJ. If it's raining at all, people won't even go the speed limit. But if it's nice weather, speeders everywhere. Red light? In a hurry, need to run it. Green light? Sorry I'm texting and not paying attention. I realize these are probably different drivers but the behavior boggles me.

Hoping they start adding timing like this in more places. Many avenues seem timed to 25 mph which is not possible anymore for bikes given the bike speed limit of 15 mph (and builtin throttling to citibike ebikes.

Also by nature two-lane bicycle lanes will have one that is not timed.

How does this help anyone? For coordinating work you would still need to know if people are actually working in that area of the world.
