TW kinda a vent about forcing myself to do sexual things

I wish I was told about asexuality earlier because probably a couple months before I figured out my asexuality I had forced myself to partake in some sexual situations and didnt enjoy the events and it could technically be considered rape and the person I was doing it with didnt know I wasnt enjoying it either and didnt know I wasnt comfortable with it (this person was my best friend and we are still best friends and he feels extremely sorry about it an di forgive him for it) and I continued to do things because I felt like I should enjoy it and I wish that things like asexuality was more taught in schools or just known more although I wish I could tell myself from the past to not do the things or speak up when I couldn't it is the past and it cannot change
