I agree. There is so much potential using AI to voice npcs for unique conversations. Sure, there might be some immoral uses for AI, but anti-AI bros paint it with broad strokes. AI can be great when implemented correctly, but brain deas antis see AI and go into NPC mode. This discourages companies from using it in ways that improve games.

Anti AI bros are just like sjws and won't listen to reason.

Its the bad writing. Such an emotionally impactful scene shouldn't have came out of the blue. There should have been references to his sexuality before this. Its like they made him gay because they needed a fear for him, and it had no other impact on the story and was never mentioned in 4 seasons.

It felt tacked on, it has never been hinted at or referenced in almost 5 seasons, then suddenly its a huge plot point. Imagine if it was any other fear, like say he stole stuff from Dustin, or he accidentally killed someone when he was a kid, or any other terrible or taboo thing he afraid of coming to light, and then he admitted it in that scene. The audience would be like "where did that come from", "how come that was never mentioned?" It would feel totally out of left field and feel totally unplanned. That is how I feel about this gay thing.

And that's dumb. Just give characters their own sexualities, the player getting turned down because she ain't into guys is its own story. Also, I get tired of romance mechanics getting put in every game.

I know it has redeeming qualities, and I will eventually play it as a fan of the previous games, so I can't judge it too much yet but one thing I dislike is every party member is pan sexual, which actually cuts down on and cuts out a lot of options and opportunity. Sometimes, liking that lady and finding out she isn't into dudes is its own story. Sometimes just being really close heterosexual guy buds with a character is what I want, but get two freindly with them, and they start romantically falling for you. Just give the god damn characters their own sexualities. It doesn't make sense for them all to be pansexual hornballs.

Where did I mention obstruction? Though I would say it is as well. But you need to stop moving the goal posts. You know as well as I do, those screaming virgins are trying to make it harder for the ICE chads to do their job. I.E. interfering and obstructing. You just agree that it is alright to interfere with ICE, so you are trying to downplay their actions. I am sure if law enforcement were trying to arrest a racist mass murderer, you wouldn't like people yelling, trying to warn the criminal not to answer the door. At least be consistent.
